Rigid-Flex PCB is a composite circuit board laminated by rigid FR4 substrate and flexible PI polyimide FPC material. The rigid section is for SMT component soldering, while the flexible part can be bent, folded and twisted freely. It eliminates external connectors and loose cables, reduces product overall size, enhances shock resistance and bending fatigue resistance. We customize 4-layer to 8-layer stacked rigid-flex boards with ENIG, OSP, impedance control, halogen-free, automotive and medical compliance, applied in robotic equipment, endoscopes, foldable electronics, automotive ECUs, 5G RF modules and portable testing devices.
