compared to traditional plated-through holes, enabling higher circuit density.

Arrays) and small chip-scale packages. The compact layout and smaller pad sizes on HDI PCBs allow for tighter
component placement and routing, leading to improved signal integrity and reduced electrical noise.
High-speed signal transmission: The reduced size of microvias in HDI PCBs helps to minimize signal loss and
impedance discontinuities, making them suitable for high-speed signal transmission applications.
Advanced manufacturing techniques: HDI PCBs require advanced manufacturing techniques, including laser drilling,
sequential build-up, and precise registration processes. These techniques ensure the accuracy and reliability of
the interconnections in the dense circuitry.
HDI PCBs are commonly used in various industries, including telecommunications, mobile devices, aerospace, medical
